Dwayne Johnson partage une première image de son personnage Hobbs dans Fast and Furious 8.

Dwayne Johnson est actuellement sur le tournage de Fast and Furious 8 et profite des réseaux sociaux pour dévoiler une première image de lui dans la peau de son personnage Hobbs. On découvre ainsi un Hobbs avec un look plus sombre, une barbichette et une veste en cuire.

Dans son poste, Johnson confie que : « si je revenais pour un autre Fast and Furious, je voulais bouleverser  la franchise, de manière cool pour chauffer les fans et les voir kiffer une nouvelle version de Hobbs et sa mentalité de « papa va au travail ».(…) voir vers où le personnage se dirige. »

If I was going to return for another FAST & FURIOUS I wanted to come in and disrupt the franchise in a cool way that got fans fired up and their blood pumping to see a new version of Hobbs and his « Daddy’s gotta go to work » mentality and set the table in a cool way for where the character goes in the future. Maybe it’s a spinoff movie. Maybe it’s more #FF movies. Or hell maybe Hobbs just gets on his motorcycle and rides off into the sunset never to be seen again. Either way, I’ve had a solid first week of shooting, good to be back with the ohana, good to work again w/ my bud and director F. Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson Eva Mendes, Lucas Black et Kurt Russell seront de retour pour ce huitième volet. Ils sont rejoints pas Charlize Theron, Kristofer Hivju et Scott Eastwood.

F. Gary Gray réalise Fast and Furious 8, qui devrait être le premier film d’une nouvelle trilogie.

Fast and Furious 8 devrait sortir aux Etats-Unis le 14 avril 2017.
